If you are looking to book our services please note we cannot work on the side of the road, mobile work will only be carried out on a flat private driveway or private car park which has room for us to work and to get our van next to it.  Please also ensure, if the location has any height restrictions you mention these to us when discussing your repair needs.

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24hrs notice (any cancellations made over the weekend for monday will be treated as less than 24hr notice, as the office is closed at weekends), appointments cancelled without 24hrs notice, will incur a fee of 50% of our minimum charge as advised at time of booking.  If we travel out to your vehicle and no one is home when we arrive on site, you will incur the full minimum charge as advised at time of booking.
