Time to Check your Lights work as the Dark nights approach
Time to Check your Lights work as the Dark nights approach! We thought it might be prudent to remind everyone that the clocks go back Sunday 30th October, therefore the evenings will be darker earlier. Resulting in the need to use your cars lights a lot earlier in the evening. So take a few minutes this week to check that they are working ok and dont get caught out in the dark!

Volkswagen Group introduces Particulate filters for Petrol Engines The Introduction of Particulate filters for petrol engines is said to reduce Emission soot particles from direct injection engines by up to 90 per cent. VW Plan to roll out in Group models as of 2017. Recent News from The Volkswagen Group about the introduction of Particulate Filters for Petrol Engines: The Volkswagen Group is continuing to work assiduously on the environmental compatibility of conventional drive systems. The company has now decided upon wide-scale use of particulate filters for petrol engines, so-called ‘gasoline particulate filters (GPF)’. From 2017, all Group direct injection TSI and TFSI engines will be fitted step-by-step with petrol particulate filters.
