Customers are often under the illusion that diagnostics is just plugging in a computer, this is not the case, they provide hints and error codes that we have to translate. Diagnostics is a process of tracing the fault its our knowledge, experience & skills that find the fault not a computer. Our rates are fair and are more competitive than main dealer, if we didn’t charge for our time we wouldn’t be here to help you.
