What Car & Van Electrical Problems have we seen recently? Recently we have seen a wide variety of car & van electrical problems, no two days are ever the same.  We see a large range of makes and models covering a mixture of faults and repairs. So what have we been up to? What cars & vans have we seen & with what faults? Southampton Auto Electricians – AMC Car Repairs – weekly update As many of you know we are Auto Electricians covering the Southampton & New Forest Area. Our job is very diverse, ive said this many times before no two days are ever the same.  This past week has taken us all over the place, we’ve been to Northam, Maybush, Freemantle, Millbrook, Marchwood, Hythe, Blackfield & Fawley to name just a few. AMC Car Repairs – Weekly Round up – Car Electrician Another busy week on the south coast for our Car Electrician this week. Hope everyone is enjoying the summer holidays, hopefully the sun will reappear for a few more days before the kids return to school.  AMC have been busy out and about all over the South of Hampshire with their Auto Electrics diagnostics & repair services. Have you any interesting animal related car stories?  We have one to share with you. We recently had a Mazda 3 in with an engine management light on the dash. Diagnostics were carried out and the fault was traced to a hose in the engine that had been eaten by a mouse. This little mouse had been getting into the car and snuggling up in the warm area of the engine for his evening snooze and thought this hose was rather tasty! The damaged hose was replaced and the problem was resolved, or so we thought! 10 days or so later we got another call from the customer to say the problem had returned and  he could see that this very naughty mouse had returned and eaten the new hose we had replaced!
